Roadside Assistance

Towing services up to 25 miles, delivery of essential fluids like oil, gas, and water (fluid costs not included), flat tire support using your spare, battery jump starts, and 24/7 lockout assistance.

Wheel/Rim Protection

Coverage includes unserviceable rims, roadside hazards, and full wheel or rim replacement. Mounting, balancing, valve stems, tire disposal, and all applicable local and state taxes are included.

Coverage

  • Tire repairs limited to $50; replacement limited to unrepairable tires. Must be “reasonable costs”.
  • Tire must be deemed “unserviceable” for replacement; includes tires of “like kind and quality”.
  • Tire replacement includes mounting, balancing and tax costs by a provider of our choice.
  • Tow services include up to 25 miles.
  • Emergency travel expenses while RV being repaired include $50/day for 3 days (if 250 miles+ from home)

For Claims

1. Call 1-888-684-9327 or log onto www.niufl.com to obtain “Proof of Loss” Form
2. Within 30 days, send Proof of Loss Form, Tire & Wheel contract, & repair/replacement invoices & photos
3. Submit original receipts of lodging/meals expenses & copy of vehicle purchase or finance
4. Note: Invoices MUST include tread depth of damaged tire
